Reservation request for groups of 15 persons or more

For groups of 15 persons or more tickets with specific visiting time can be reserved by e-mail. In order to reserve tickets, please download and complete our form and send it by e-mail to the following address:

The request must be made at least 14 days before the tour date. Rebookings and subsequent increases in the number of persons are currently only possible to a very limited extent. Please take this into account when scheduling your reservation.

A fee of 15,- euros per group will be charged for requests. Upon receipt of the booking confirmation, your reservation is complete.

Tickets must be collected from the ticket office at the jetty on the island at least 45 minutes before the start of the tour, otherwise the reservation will be forfeited. Payment for tickets must be made on site.
